We have equipment equipped with the best technology, with which we can photograph, record or scan different structures. This allows us to transform this data into useful information for preventive maintenance, stock management, topographical work and to obtain 3D models of the inspected structures.

R&D Projects / Grants

Thanks to our commitment to innovation, we carry out various R&D projects in collaboration with public entities, both municipal and regional, as well as different developments with our own financing.

INNOVA - IDEPA

Digitalization and 3D digital vision project for the industry through advanced remote control systems using photogrammetry and laser scanning with virtual and augmented reality applications for the optimization and flexibility of industrial processes.

Azisa Drone Company has executed this project, in alliance with Dogram Three-Dimensional Documentation Engineering, within the framework of the INNOVA-IDEPA RISS EMPRESA program, of the Economic Development Institute of the Principality of Asturias and co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, FEDER .

The project involved the development and implementation of advanced technologies in order to optimise and make industrial processes more flexible, mainly maintenance and production, by digitising industrial facilities that are primarily complex, difficult to access and large in size by means of remotely controlled systems. In addition, it provided the end user with 3D visualisation of the results through virtual and augmented reality, whether for technical knowledge, dimensional control, decision-making, improvement of production processes, training of workers, improvement of occupational risk prevention procedures, dissemination of information about industrial facilities, etc.

Thanks to this project, a new working methodology has been created by combining different techniques and technologies, achieving results that offer high added value in these industrial processes.

GIJÓN GROWS - BOOSTS

Project within the framework of the Gijón Impulsa Future City Prototypes Incentives programme, co-financed by Gijón City Council.

Faced with the growing problem generated by waste in seas and oceans, Azisa is embarking on this project with the aim of doing its part in the fight against marine pollution. To do so, an unmanned marine vehicle is being developed that can collect waste, mainly plastics, as well as measure water quality using on-board sensors or take samples for later analysis. In addition, it has the capacity to be controlled remotely, manually or through autonomous routes.

This development is mainly focused on cleaning beaches and port infrastructures, which accumulate large amounts of plastic waste.

Our knowledge acquired in the development of unmanned vehicles, and more specifically in a marine surface vehicle developed for inspection tasks, has allowed us to embark on this project.

UNMANNED LAND PLATFORM

Development of platform for nuclear facilities.

Due to the inherent complexity of nuclear sector facilities, AZISA became aware of the obvious need for devices capable of moving through confined spaces located in this type of environment and collecting, along the way, both graphic information (photographs or video) and quantitative information (laser scanner, gas analysis).

In this context, AZISA has been developing internally an unmanned vehicle capable of being controlled remotely over long distances, using for this purpose a wired signal, easy to use and fully debugged controls, which make it feasible for use by the maintenance staff of the facility itself, achieving high standards of safety, efficiency and quality.
